My nutritional tracker says I am low in Phosporus, what foods should I eat to increase my intake?
I already take a multi-vitamin.

It is present in most foods, here are some good ones...milk, meat, fish, grains and green vegetables. Cooking at high temps can destroy alot of it, so try to cook the needed foods at lower temps.
On a side note, you being a female, too much interferes with your body's ability to use calcium and iron.

thanks for the info. I guess I jumped the gun a little bit tho, as the day went on my intake went up.
It's very interesting trying to eat clean and actually being able to see the nutritional values of what you are eating.
Love this site.
