Hey new to site and have some general type questions. I have a very slight case of cerebral palsy, which affects me in the following ways: Walk 'tippy toe' on right side; general righted weakness, especially wrist and lower arm; with that lack of fine motor skills; slight lack of coordination (tell cops if they stop me I can't walk straight either drunk or sober).
I doubt I'll ever have the muscle mass as a lot of yall. My goal is to even up things just a bit, plus get into better shape especially as I get older and the joints start screaming bloody murder. Dr. basically says go at it, so physically have no restrictions. With lack or strength and coordination free weights can be a menace.
Any suggestions on exercises, including stretches, that may assist me in my goal. One good thing is I think I have found a steady workout partner, so external motivation is there. :-)
