I've been on the road for a couple of days and was just browsing the boards trying to get back into my time zone so I can get some deserved sleep. I read a funny but very profound response by Ron (bb1fit). It doesn't say anything that the regulars haven't said probably a couple of hundred if not a couple of thousand times in a lot more detailed response. I have (and I'm sure many of you do also) several dozen people emailing me trying to figure out the ideal way to work out. I don't have the time but try to make it and still refer them to the resources on this site. It just dawned on me that we need to figure out something for those just starting to quit making it hard. I've spent a lot of my time saying in really detailed ways what Ron said in that post I'm referring to. Only he said it in so simplistic terms that it said in terms what we all try to do in a complex way. Is there a point to this post? Not really, just hoping that someone who hasn't done this as long as some of us might figure out that it isn't hard, it's just a matter of doing it. Learn how to start and then just lift, the rest will come if you stick with it. Pardon the rant and I'll blame it on jet lag - 3 trainers on the left coast and 3 on the right coast in 2 days. :) Jet lag aside, it's a valid bit of advice. Alright I give up, too heavy thoughts for being in the middle of the night (day? :)) I had a point but I guess I'm getting as old as Charlie. :)

Pick up heavy things.
Put them down.
Eat
Rest
Do it again.

I guess I have to follow my own post since it's the middle of the night I'm going to crash. I think I'll make that my new signature. Simplitic? Yep ... but it says it all.
