few questions here.
1.) does distilled white vinegar hurt your body in any way?
2.) does pickling eggs change the protein content or ammino content of an egg?
sorry for the odd ball question, but pickled eggs onions and peppers are good!

I don't think vinegar is bad for you, it is used in many weight loss/ home remedies.

I have no idea if pickling eggs changes their content. Is there a label on the jar with nutrtional info? We could compare it to the info on an egg, maybe hard-boiled and see how different it is.

Yeah, drink what you can. I usually get online when I am eating. I train in the evening and mid-morning, usually. I don't do as much housework as I should....

According to this website (http://www.ncegg.org/pickledrecipe.html), a pickled egg has the same nutritional value as a regular hard-boiled egg. I would think whatever else you put in extra for flavor will be the variation (sugar, salt, etc.). Hope this helps. :)
