Okay so i searched fitbuddy but really couldnt find a true answer on this, are pickles good or bad for you? i've got my diet plan working well but when i'm eating one of these amazing sandwiches i make its just not the same without a pickle, but i am trying to cut down everywhere i can ,so if you guys tell me there no good there they're out

Pickles are loaded with sodium (salt), but low in calories. I assume you mean Dill Pickles. Bread and butter pickles, the sweet ones, would have alot of sugar in them. A bit on your sandwich won't kill ya either way, just don't eat a whole jar in one sitting:)

if your a diabetic following a exchage type diet. Pickles are listed as a free food consume them at will.

yeah, as long as a little water retention does not bother you, pickles are great. My wife for instance loves them, virtually no calories, but she hates the "bloat" they give her the next day. But, if you realize that all it is is water weight, then you should be fine.
