Does it work to tone up?? no nessesarily looking to loose weight just tone up a bit! thanks !

Pilates is mainly used to strengthen your core (mid section) of your body, however, doing it a few times a week does increase weight loss and definition. But you would do much better with free weights..

alright thank you! im also doing squats, some deadlifts and things like that, trying to focus on my core and my lower body
