The excersizes in my fitness plan are great but before i started it i use to do my pilates like every day. Should I just stop doing the pilates and stick to the plan or what. (the pilates help alittle but not alot.):(
What about doing both on some days but never on the same time? Like morning and night?
How is the Pilates exercises? Hard or easy to do? and how long does it take?
Be careful not to overtrain though......
