Micronized ot HCS creatine? I have 2 bottles of the pinnacle gone give that stuff a shot heard good things about it got a question though about pinnacle each scoop contains 10g of creatine right now for the first week i'm taking 2 scoops about 4-6hrs apart after loading will i only have to take 1 scoop well 1\2 at a time seperated throughout the day?The directions say to always take 2 scoops what should i follow? I thought loading was 20g a day for a week then 10g a day after that split into 5g doses in day. My other question is which one of these creatine products is better or are they similar enough not to make a difference? thanks.

Save yourself some trouble and a whole lotta money and just by a brand (like Univeral Nutrition or Prolab) that uses Creapure creatine. There's no need to buy anything too fancy because FANCY = OVERPRICED.
