Okay, I went 4 days of watching what I ate, balancing my proteins, carbs, fats etc. and not once have I exceeded any targets (especially in the recommended calories) Anyway, I have been staying around 1500 cals/day give or take and today, i was at 1200 or so and decided to have two slices of all meat with cheeze pizza...I know this is stupid, but eating the pizza wont send me back to square one will it? I mean, how bad is the pizza anyway? Anyway nobody has to answer me, i guess i just needed to relieve my guilty conscience.... :)

Excellent way to get rid of the guilt and the craving you had. We all have those moments!

Do not change anything, do not try to "make up" for the bad day. You cannot do this. Each meal is an entity in itself. We all have to treat ourselves at some point. Just pick it right back up with your next meal.

Think of it as a fire pit. If you are workin hard on your diet for 6 days, and you got that metbolism roarin, its like a big fire at a BBQ. Then if you throw a big log on that sucker (Pizza, LAsagna, FETTUCINE ALFREDO) its gonna burn right up aint it?
But if you have a slower metabolism, i.e. your fire is just hot coals, and u put a big log on that sucker, the flame is gonna go out aint it?? And that spells F - A - T.
