hey,
What's up with pizza? Is it healthy for you? When you can't avoid it how much or how should you eat pizza without looking like a health freak or "dork"?
How many max slices should I eat?
Also, any good healthy pizza companies and/or healthy frozen pizzas that don't cost an arm and a leg per serving?
Any other tips on pizza would be great too.
Thanks!!

You have to be the judge of that. If you are trying to burn fat, then maybe none is your answer until you reach your goal. Or use it as a reward for being good on your diet for a certain period of time. It is your choice, the better(cleaner) you are with your diet, the more lean gains you will make or fat you will lose.

I make my own Pizza, Get a Whole Wheat Crust, Skim Milk Mozerella Cheese, Fresh Veggies and I will grill up a chicken breast and put that on too . I do throw in Some Pepperoni whoever, but this is not something I eat often, its as a treat :)
I don't know the exact Calorie per slice, but its a much healthier option than a Pizzeria Pizza, and actually pretty darn tasty

If you can't avoid it. . . try to order it like this. . . Veggies only and NO sauce. . . it will cut your calorie intake and you can still eat it without feeling TOO guilty

pizza is da devil. ha ha.. my friend that works out with me loves pizza. He views it as his one vice he can keep and still be healthy. He eats it every weekend and he seems to be fine. The key to keeping something bad is either make it yourself like speeder, or moderation. Both good ideas if you HAVE to have it.
