Well I am 15 and I am about 156 lbs and 5'4. I personally think I have alot of muscle but I'm not comfortable the way I look. My legs and my knees are big and I don't know if this is because of fat or because I am athletic. I've exercised on and off since the summer of 2003 and I noticed that around August that the exercises that worked weren't effective anymore and I figured my body had gained immunity for the exercises. So I stopped and now my weight gain is more noticeable and I figured that those exercises that I had gained resistence to would be effective now, since that was like 5 months ago (exercises like sit-ups, crunches, side-benders, just to start things off, but they don't work), but they aren't and I can't figure out any exercises to start off my workout that will be effective, effective in the sense that after I finished I can feel it in my body. I'm trying to lose about 10-20 lbs and tone my stomach before it becomes a beer belly. Can some one suggest a "sample" workout, which might include strength training?

just don`t give up,it will work.2weeks ago I started abs exercise and of cource I want to see the result right away,But it did nit work that fast,so after 12days I sad-no more.In the evening I looked inthe mirror and..... I was surprised IT REALY WORKED! DO NOT GIVE UP!!!!!!!!!
