Dumbbell bench press
3x10 last set as many as possible (heavy weight)
Dumbbell incline press
same
Dumbbell decline press
same
Pull ups
Curls (different grips)
Hammer curls
Lat machine pull downs
One arm rows
Push ups
Medicine ball push ups
Dips (heavy weight)
And i do all these 3 sets of about 10-12. Last set until completely fatigued. I have been doing this for about 7-8 weeks now.
Is there anything i need to add or do?

I have been lifting weights for a while trying to gain strength and size. I am trying to get bigger before college basketball season starts. However i have noticed that i have started to plateau. What are some things i should do during this period? Anything that anyone has to offer is appreciated.

Change your routine.
What do you currently do, how long have you been doing it?

whop, I think I spotted your problem... Your routine sucks.
What do you think you are accomplishing by doing DB incline and decline that you didn't already do doing regular DB bench? What do you think lat pull downs are accomplishing that pull ups didn't? Why are you working in the same rep range for everything you are doing continually? Why are you neglecting leg training?
These are questions you should be asking yourself, not whether you need to add something.
And is that what you do every day? That's not really a routine, it's just a list of exercises and rep ranges. How often do you do this?

Train heavier.
Train with fewer, compound exercises.
Don't train to total fatigue.
Personally (and some may disagree), I'd say that a good starter book to drag you out of the sea of bs that is the fitness industry, would be "Power to the People" by Pavel Tsatsouline. Sure, it's not the BEST book on strength training out there, but it's pretty straight forward and starts you off in the right direction. I trained a lot like you did before I got my hands on that.
