Hiya'll,

I started working out 3 months ago and the gains I had were phenomenal, in 3 months I gained 14 kilo's of which I think atleast 5 kg's are pure muscle but now it goes fucking slow:(:( I used to have pain the day after my workout but now I feel nothing, I never have pain after I work out now. It seems my entire body has adapted to whatever I throw at it. How can I train my body into pain again?? No pain no gain they say and I am starting to believe that:)
I still eat like a horse and I do have gains but they are going slow. I guess I will also have to get off creatine for atleast 3 weeks.

i`m no expert, but in the beginning u always make faster gains and then it slows down. its natural. make sure that u challenge yourself with heavier weights, because your muscels do adapt, of course.

Robins got as you increase muscle and strength you have to increase the weight used if you are still using the same weight increase it and you will get the pain back. Good luck

I have been doing weight training for 9 years now.......
Yes, that's a lot of time!!

I still get a little sore after each work out though. You just need to change things, the exercises, speed, reps, sets etc etc Try supersets, circuit training, negative, plyometric etc etc Soooooo many technics out there.

BUT you don't always need the pain to continue gaining. Of course it'll take a little longer time for you now than when you were a beginner, but don't worry if you want, you'll still get there.

Maybe you'll need to look at your diet as well. Do you wake up and eat proteins during the night?!!

Nope I do not eat proteins during the night, I have enough of these during the day and evening.

I think I will have to work out an entire new trainingschedul with diff excersises that train the same groups but just differently, and I think I will switch between them every month.

I am however seeing gains in the amount of weight I can lift, I started benchpressing at 30kg which was my maximum weight I could lift for 4 times or so but now my max weight is allready 70Kg, so thats very nice.
Only 1 more year and I will have to start buying bra's like you philia heheheheh
