good thought! my friend showed me walking lunges, so that problem is resolved. they are 2nd in line of my leg work out. I squats cuz I like the best. now on to my next problem, I have stayed about 140 for the past 6 weeks. My diet has been cleaned up. I increased my protein intake. My carb intake has been cleaned up and my fat has been lowered but somehow, I have managed to plateau. My cardio is after my work out (5 day schedule) alternating heavy 20 min(stairmaster) and the next night light 45min (cross trainer). Can my body just be getting use to my dietary changes? I have gone down and up a pound but that is a normal, so I am confused? My weightloss in the past has been pretty good in keeping steady at about a pound and a half a week but this time, its been weird. Also, in my weightloss, I have never had this much muscle mass, yet I lost faster? or at least lost. awwwhhh...keep on truckin! comments of why, could help..
thanx a bunches,

Start to get some jumping into your exercises...... and for a week or two stop doing all that cardio. Do HIIT twice and go out for a loong walk Sunday, but that's it.
Now one day try to find your max lifts in the gym (get somebody to spot you) and lift HEAVY! Another day go for a circuit training and allow yourself max 10 sec between each exercise (the time of moving!). Another day, just jump; jumping squats, jumping on a tall step, stairs, jumping push ups (doesn't matter if you keep your knees on your ground), skipping and do other "body weight" exercises as pull ups, dips etc
You need to shock your body (don't hurt youself!)
Diet: do you ever have a day where you can eat excactly what you want? Maybe you need a break from the diet as well...
