hey guys iam new to this forum!! plz dnt abuse me if this against forum ettiquete to post such a selfish message. could u plz analyse my diet and routine......my aims are to get a six pack and more toned body....
wake up
75 situps
375 leg bike
bench 4 reps
25 press ups
then sum free weight shoulder work
then breakfast: 2 boiled eggs
2 pieces of toast
1 protein shake
sum fruit
Then I cycle to work
Lunch: 1 cheese sandwich (sumtimes two)
2 banana's
grapes
pear
cycle home
Dinner: varies hot dogs, spagetti bolgnaise, pizza, grilled chicken, peppers
GYM: cardio and weights
protein shake (with milk)

I'd suggest adjusting your dinner foods, and changing up your cardio on a day to day basis with a rest day every 3-4 days.

Oats with breakfast, add some meat to your lunch sandwiches.
Eat more and lift heavy and you'll hit your goals.

Sorry but the work out and diet will not get your there. Try a work out on this site, they are great. As for diet, you will never get the "six pack" with what you are eating. Check out the grocery list post in the diet forum for proper food. Good Luck
