Bench Press
Chest
Usually do incline press or pec dec, or db flies or incline db
Shoulders
Abs

Wednesday:
Back Squats
Leg Press
Odd Week:
Lower back
Groin
Even Week:
Calves
Hamstrings

Friday:
Speed Bench
Floor Bench Press
Triceps
Chin Ups
Upper Back

I try to do cardio on off days but ive been slacking.

oh yeah one more thing, every 3 weeks i replace wednesday's workout with hanclean, powerclean, one arm db snatch, and deadlift.
