Hi i'm Jay and im new here. I hope you guys can help me reach my goals. :)
I'm 190 lbs and 5"9 in height.
My questions are..
*Is it okay if i do workout EVERYDAY? My workout routines are
1st day: shoulder and back training
2nd day: chest training
3rd day: arms (bicep and triceps training)
*And i'm also eating oats everynight. there's nothing wrong with that right?

You did not tell us anything about your routine. What about legs ?????? It is not a good idea to work out every day. Your body needs rest. You may want to pick a routine on this site.

What are the goals? What is your age? I'm assuming your gender is male (base on where this was posted), but this might be relevant too.
Care to narrow things down a little?

Ok shoulders you are doing like 3 different presses? Reps are only 5 per set? Chest you are doing 3 different exercises for flies? why? ARM you do only 2 exercises for Tri yet do 4 for biceps? Why? There is no back, Lat Quad of hammstring exercises listed at all. I see no rows, squats, deadlifts at all...in short this workout sucks. Remember Chest works shoulders and triceps as well....you may want to rethink this.

Although maybe a touch blunt, Mutt's comments seem to be fairly true!
This website has the system built in to give you a decent rounded workout, try running through that for a few weeks and see if it gives you better results.

At most I would do a 3 day on one day off....working out every day is not a good idea you will burn out and then be forced to take time off.....

Definatly look at a routine on this site. The other people that have commented on your programme seem to have the right idea. As a Trainer for over 10 years, I would definatly get eduacated on what you are doing.

That routine is garbage.
I highly suggest you google starting strength II 5x5 or Bill Starr 5x5 routine and start doing it. Forget all the body building garbage routines and do a solid routine built around big heavy barbell freeweight lifts.
Nosa I would recommend you spend some time proof reading your posts.
