Here's what I'm doing diet wise, trying to meet the 1 gram of protein per 1 pound od body weight. For me, that's about 175.

BREAKFAST - ProteinFactory Breakfast Formula protein shake

SNACK BEFORE LUNCH - Labrada Gold Protein Bar

LUNCH - Real meal, usually a grilled chicken sandwich or such

SNACK - Labrada Gold Protein Bar

POST-WORKOUT SHAKE - ProteinFactor Anabolic MRP protein shake formula

DINNER - Real meal, some kind of lean grilled meat dish

CREATINE w/ GRAPE JUICE - sometime before bed

Does this look okay? It gets me around 175 - 180 grams of protein during the day.

That is a lot of meal replacements, are you time crunched or just lazy? Your body will function best on whole foods, but if it is impossible, than the shakes and bars are a good back-up plan.
Invest in a small cooler, grill some extra chicken, cut up some veggies and pack some meals to go.

You are probably hitting your protein goals, but what about your carbohydrates. What are your goals?
