i have read many of your posts and you seem to be the man when it comes to powerlifting.
I am very new to the sport and i would be very grateful if you could give me a good workout plan to increase my strength.
Any help would be great

It is not as simple as that. What is your training experience like? Have you ever trained for anything else? I need to know what your base looks like before I write a training plan for you.

i am 15 years old, i weigh 135 pounds, I am about 5 foot 10 inches tall.
My training experience is overall body weight training. Not very specific just total body workouts 3 times a week.
Is this enough info for you, that is about all i can think of.

What sort of a strength coach are you.
All of the students will be old and crippled before they get any stronger.
