Hi, my name is Eric. I am 16 years old. When i was three years old I got my left hand caught in a meat grinder. My hand was then amputated. Since then I have played a lot of sports and I have noticed that I am athletic and can play pretty much any sport that I want. For now my mind is stuck on basketball and I love it. I played all my life until my sophomore year. During my sophomore year my coach cut me from the team. Since then I have grown about 5-6 inches and have gained about 15-20 lbs. If anyone has any suggestions of work-out routines that I can perform that does not include weight training that would help so much. I just want to blow my coach away and make it to where he will have to put me on his team.
