Folks,
Please any one responds over this and with details I will really appreciate it. I used to work out before regularly. But turned really lazy and lost the motivation. And now its ups and downs and allot of the muscle has turned in body fat. Especially abdominal area.
I was 108- 109 kilos and in about 5 weeks time I would say I lost 8-9 kilos and now the weight is like 99 or 100 kilos.
Since I left working out the following are concerns for my body parts:
Biceps: are still strong in shape but need more cuts in order to shape up
Chest: Pecs are good but my chest start to hang due to FAT. I want to get it back in the shape.
Back and Wings: I need to build them up again.
Abs: I have basically now.
Even though I lot weight recently,… plan is to get in to shape and loose weight or Fat on right places!
MY MAIN CONCERNS: I want not chest to have the fat so it hangs and abs .
Diet: I am relying on Subway, no just plain wheat bread with run and veggies no sauces or cheese! I think the subway has kept me on the health side but please even comment on my diet!
If any one can advise me on supplements too!! Or work out plans! Thanks so much in advance!
If any one please please can comment or reply in details I would appreciate it allot!

Spend some time reading about what to eat and when to eat in the various forums here.
There is a great tool at the bottom of the screen called Fit Buddy - it is a search engine for the posts on this site. look up different topics and do some reading.
I am not even goping to comment on your thinking that eating only Subway will give you a great physique, i think you know better.
If you were in shape before, get back on the horse and ride.
Pick a program under exercise programs at the top of the screen and get to work uncovering that physique.

Go to "Specific Diets & Nutrition Discussion - also Recipes!" Section and reading a post called " Grocery list for healthy eating" it is a sticky at the top of the page. This should help you find some good foods to eat.
