iv just started weight i really am not sure how much weight to use in each exersize so it would be great if someone could tell me how much weight you used for each exersize when they first started prefuburly someone who is doing the extreme weight lifting program cheers!!

I think you need to try everything out for yourself. All you need to do the first couple weeks in the gym is experiment. Do what is comfortable for you. When I started training in February this year, I started out with 135lbs to warm-up on bench, and worked my way up to something like 215-225lbs on my 5th set. Now, only 7 or 8 months of consistant training, I can put up 300lbs (one-rep max). My warm-up is still 135lbs, but the weight I do in my working sets has increased dramatically. You may not be able to do 135lbs as a warm-up; I don't know your strength. Just try everything and see what you're comfortable doing. Don't overdo it, though - you don;t need an injury this early. Be sure to write everything down!!! That will help. Best of luck....

Great advice Jben. I wasn't sure how to start either. I had to experiment for a couple weeks. Now I'm training heavy and loving it and the results!! Train hard g15 but don't hurt yourself!!
