Hello nice to meet you all!! I need some help, I am a 6ft tall 138lb female, and I am athletic but I want to try my hand at bodybuilding..I bought some whey protein and some Creatine monohydrate and I am wondering how I take these 2 together, now I don't mean literally at the same time, but how do I take both throughout the day? Also does anyone know if this is good to gain lean muscle mass? I unfortunately was unjured at work ( I am a Paramedic) and I am no longer doing this job..but my shoulder still hurts sometimes so I have to take pain meds, does either of these protein powders interfer with the meds or vice versa?
Thank you so much for your help!!

You can take Creatine and the protein together at the same time. But this is what I would do. In the morning, take one shake with the creatine and 8 ounces of milk. For lunch, take the protein with another 8 ounces of milk. after workout, take the protein shake with water and water only. and right before you go to bed, take it with 8 ounces of milk. The milk will slow down the process of the protein getting into your muscles and provide you with protein throughout the day or night whenever you take it. But you should not take the protein with milk right after your workout because that is the time when your muscles need protein quickly.

I take creatine about 30 to 45 minutes before my workout, after my workout after I drink about half of my whey protien/dextrose/malto mix (w/water 44 oz.) then I do creatine again while I am sipping on my whey shake for the next 45 minutes
