ive been doing the same workout for 8 months and i want to chnage, how many excercises should i do per muscle? cuz i only worked out my biceps twice a week and i did that on seprate days..i only had 2 diffrent workout days ...should i do diffrent workouts each day for the whole week, or do 2 of the same in the same week? and how much times a week should i work out? i am trying to buff up by the way

If you fill out your profile you can get an FT workout.
Most people recommend changing workouts every 8-12 weeks - any longer than that your progress slows as well as getting bored.

yes i have filled it out but im still confused, i dont know how long of a break between sets i should have, and its telling me to do 20 reps then 18 then 16 then 14 ....and i dont understand hwy i have to do so much..... i am trying to gain muscle and i thought to gain muscle you have to do less reps with more weight.....and i have filled out everything correctly i double checked

I'm not sure about the answer to this. Maybe if you have selected beginner level, it has given you higher reps until your form is perfect?
