IM 14 AND I WANT TO LOSE FAT WHILE GETTING TONED, I DO CARDIO 5 TIMES A WEEK FOR 30 MINUTESAND LIFT WEIGHTS TOO. ALL I NEED NOW IS A DIET THAT COULD HELP SHED FAT.

Look in the foods and recipes area. There is a post from BB1 about a bodybuilder's grocery list. That will give you an idea of what to eat. It's up to you though to control your portions.
