alright.......im 15yrs old 5'11 170lbs. freshman in high school and looking to get in shape. been weight training now for about 2 and a half months and seen pretty good changes but not much as i should becasue of some extra fat. mainly in my thighs and stomach. i need help making a diet. here is the following when i eat on school days:
-6:30-fat free wafles,skim milk and fuits
-10:50-cheeseburger or pizza cause thats all they serve(anyone could tell me what to take instaead or if eating a plain chicken sandwich would be good)
-2:40-fruits
-6:000-dinner mostly whatever is cooked (but i could change if i knew an idea of what to have)
i weight train and do cardio at about 3:00 and it takes me about 50 min

At age 15 you need a wide variety of foods including healthy fats and carbohydrates. calorie restriction is not where you need to be at 15 (at least not in your case, i would say). Look for my other response.
