Hi! I am 23 years old and I have been working on my abs for about 2 months now every day but I just cant seem to get the firm taut abs that I am dreaming about. I have been on a regular exercise program and the cardio has really helped to slim my thighs and buttocks but unfortunately, this makes my belly bulge stand out even more than before!!!! I do situps every day and cardio 4 times a week...I dont know what else to do...any suggesstions would be greatly appreciated! Thank You!
First off doing abs every day is not a good thing. They are like any other muscle that needs rest. Try adding weights to your abs training but not every day. Also abs are all about the diet and the BF%. Get that down and they will show.
