first: i just started my program and i want to work out 5 days a week and i'm just able to do it mon-fri and in the program they gave me wed off and sat work out, should i do thurs on wed, fri on thurs and so on???, how would that affect the results???
my second question is, in one of the days i have triceps and biceps the same day, and i was told that you couldn't do that. is that true???, what should i do??
