I just wanted to know what is the best product to increase muscle size and strength? what about nitroxy3 would that work? please someone get back to me thanks for your time.

This is the best product to increase muscle size and strength.... It is a secret though.....
Hard work and Dedication.
Once you have used this product for about 2-3 years, then try supplements. Until then they probably will be of little help other than lightening the load in your wallet.
