Hi There!!
I workout 4-5days a week and my tendency is to gain weight very easily so to combat that i jog at the speed of 9km/hour for 40minutes and then i do weights which i have started just recently.
otherwise i just used to do cardio.
Please suggest me a workout which will help me reduce my bodyfat and simultaneously help me add muscle weight.
And is there any natural substitute for a fat burner which can found at home.
Help Me Out!!!

Weights and cardio are a good one two punch to burn fat. The next thing to do is juggle your diet to speed up your metabolism. March "Flex" has a good way to do that. Then the final knockout punch is to find a supplement that helps you burn fat. Like "Ripped Fuel" or some other ephedrine caffeine mix that doesn't give you the gitters.

U r doing just fine.Do a few sets a bit heavy.Do 30 minutes cardio before your workout
