Hi all... How do I gain lower body muscle and lose upper body fat? My trainer at Gold's gym told me not to run on the treadmill for more than 10 mins of warm up... other trainers sa I should... How do I gain Glutes... my backside is completely flat... 88cms and my bust is slightly heavier than I want... 36inches... I have a tendency of losing weight on lower body first. and gain on stomach first. Pls help.
