There are some plyo posts ....search using the feature on the bottom...
also what's your height? hodyweight? bodyfat?
Deadlift is top 3 exercise you should be doing for football....right up there with power cleans and squats....

i have already tried looking at the other posts and have done searches. I wa slooking for a plyo program relating to explosive leg strength. I was thinking of using 180 degree lateral jumps, depth jumps and lateral jumps. Im 6ft and 260.

Try this twice a week:
Squat jumps x 5 x 4 (Multiple Response)
1.5 min TBS
Box jumps x 5 x 4
Make sure you set a box height in which your knees stay above your hips when you land. Hold the landing for a 2 count.
1.5 min TBS
Rocket Jumps x 10 x 4
1.5 min TBS
This is a very basic 3 week start plan. They can be performed prior to your leg day after you warm-up or on non-leg days. Make sure your legs feel good when you choose to do this. If you're sore from a workout it is probably not the best day to do them. Type the exercises into a google search to find exercise descriptions.
