plz plz plz help me i dont know what to do !!! im 13 years old and 160 pounds !!! i dont know what to eat and whats good and bad right now im not eatin anything but i know thats not good for me but i need help ! any advice is great! i wanna loose 30 pounds fast! im only 13 so its hard i cant buy any pills or sumthing. plz help me my life sucks b/c im so fat no one well be my friend its so embarresing plz just help sumthing!:(:(:(:(

Have you tried enlisting the help of a parent or gaurdian to help you with a better eating plan,and letting them know how you feel?You need to eat or you will end up gaining more weight in the end,your body will start to hold onto everything you put in your mouth and turn it into fat.Don't over analyze...cut out the junk food and start taking walks...as you learn more about what you should be doing incorporate this new knowledge into your daily routine.You can do it...but you have to know how to find some of the answers yourself.Good luck!

beleive in me experiencing ana myself its no easy ride and can mess you up for life and when and if you recover your more prone to gain weight and it goes on 10 tiems faster. dont forge your still growing so weight will be hard to loose. make sure your having a healthy breakfast and your not snakcing on crisps and choclate etc... have fruit of yogurt instead. keep drinking water or non sugary juices aswell! x

hi I think it is very important for you to realise that other people opinions of you is not the important thing ,you must firstly love yourself then others will love you.You are still so young and it is so important that your body gets the nutrients it needs to grow and develop properly.I think you need to establish healthy eating and exercise habits that will stay with you for life,Starving then bingeing is a terribly dangerous and damaging thing to do .start slowly,start with little walks daily and try drinking lots of water .:big_smile:
