I am attempting straight leg dead lifts tonight any pointers or tips for me?
A good starting weight you would reccomend for a beginning girl?

for a girl starting out, you might want to start with light dumbbells since the bar alone is 45lbs. Slowly work your way up, and pay close attention to your form.
