I have to start thinking about a posing suit for my competion in May and I was wondering if anyone has any ideals as to where I should start looking. I was online tonight and thought I would like to try the gel posing tops Little A cup here, big water bra fan here) but only found one place to get it and they wanted my credit card number first before they would tell me anything. Also would like to order a different suit that will match my husband suit as we will be on stage together. Get me headed in the right place, thanks.

Of course they wanted to credit card number.......

One small advice; go to some competitions and often you'll be able to buy posing suits, tan etc there.

What about shoes? You've found the shoes yet?
You need to find the tan, the make up, the jewels etc as well.....

When will you start the diet?

Thanks Philia for you input. I have been to competitions. My husband competes. I am going to compete with him. I am just doing the bodybuilding part, so shoes are not something that I will be needing. We have used Dream tan before, but it rubs off so badly, do you know of a better tan product? Also I am a licensed cosmetologist and I will be doing my own makeup and hair and nails. I am not sure about the jewerly yet, except I will be going in Feb to get my bellybutton pierced. I have always wanted to do that, and now I have the body to do it. My leaning out diet will begin right around the end of feb. My husband thinks I will need no more than 6 weeks to get to where I want to be. I don't know what my bodyfat is right now, but I am only 8 pounds heavier than when I did the Fit for life program at the end of Aug. 2002. I know I have made good muscle gains on my gaining diet. Biceps are now at 13 inches as of last week and when I did the body for life program they were at 12 1/4. Any thing else you can help me with would be appreciated, Thanks

Just one thing, if this is the first time that you'll be dieting to get THAT lean, then take your time! (it'll be easier the NEXT time)
I would start my diet 8-10 weeks out.

It's easy to loose weight yes, but when you get THAT lean, the body reacts quite differently and sometimes it can be difficult for us to follow and understand. That's why we need to try different stuff to see what works for US, and that takes time.........

Thanks, I will consider that. I only have a couple of weeks left to gain and I will have to make a decision. I do have a diet coach and my husband is my personal trainer in the gym. With being a diabetic, I will have to watch the diet very close so not to let my sugars bottom out. I don't want then picking me up off that stage. Thanks for your advice, every little bit I get helps.

Thank you, that is very kind of you, almost time to get into the leaning out phase. Projecting Feb. 15 as my start date for that. Right now still trying to gain muscle. Happy New Year bb1fit.
