Hi everyone! I know I'm new to the boards, but I was wondering if anyone wanted to "team up" in a way and attempt losing weight together.
What I mean is exchanging occasional e-mails on what we ate, how much we exercised, what our weight loss goals are, how many pounds we loose per week, etc. in order to help keep ourselves motivated. Feel free to e-mail me! :big_smile:
