alright.. i'm starting the cutting and getting all the info i can through search...
but i can't find anything for after the phase. i plan on doing this for 12 weeks.. but when all is said and done... what do most people do? slowly but a few carbs back in thier diet then i want to keep the fat off.. so how do i do so without going crazy on a diet?
When I'm done on a cutting cycle i usually go back to my maintanance caloric intake for a week or two then go on my bulking diet. It's also a good idea to take a week off after a long cut like that as well. What are your goals?....are you satisfied now? if so i would guess that you could stay at maintanace and continue exercising.
