I have been an avid runner for 9 years, and I ran throughout my pregnancy (okayed by my obgyn), and had hit 210lbs. I had my son on August 22, 2011 and since then, I have lost 30 lbs by running , already. I have 30 more to go until I am at my prepregnancy weight. I know I can do it, and I wanted to let other mothers to be know that they can do it too! Stay motivated, believe in yourself and the baby weight will come off...much love and good luck from a lover of running! :)
