I'm sure I read somewhere on the board to have protien after a workout with weight... be damned if I can find that info anywhere... is this correct? And will low fat or natural peanut butter on toast do the trick if I'm not using a protien shake?

Thanks,
Tim

Not for after training. You do not want peanut butter or toast. You want pure whey isolate, it digests quickly. If you are looking for the thread to read, look under the supplement forum, and find "what is everyone's favorite proetin shake" I believe it is titled. I answered quite a few questions in there in what to have, how to have it, proper amonts, time, etc.
