Ok this is one of my recipees. its got a little arab flavor to it, i hope you like it.
1 can of beans (u can use any beans, but preferably arabic ones usually labeled foul, foul medamas or beans medamas, red beans of black eyed beans work best) mash the beans up JUST A BIT to increase theyre absobency.
2 tomatoes sliced and and diced into tiny pieces
shot glass of lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
half a glove of garlic mashed
1 small onion again diced into tiny pieces.
dried green mint powder, bout 2-3 pinches.
, serve in a bowl and drizzle a bit of olive oil (or canola if u prefer) on top (DONT MIX THE OIL).
now just eat it with bread.. there u go, proteins and carbs with hardly any fat. if it dont taste good u did it wrong.. if u want to be a hardcore arab for the night, i suggest a small tea cup with ceylon tea.. salam aleikum!

garnish with chooped parsley.. dont forget the oil, it makes a world of a difference.

i hate beans but that doesn't sound so bad ima try it tomarrow thanks for recipe
