Hi, Chris Hickson here, I posted here years ago, it was first ever internet forum thing I was on. And I learned a lot on here and it came in handy from years of training. Knowlege is nearly as important as effort when training for strength. Well I am 19 now, best lifts are 800 deadlift raw, 700 knee wraps and belt squat, and 300 clean (yesterday)lol here is a video of yesterday training, thanks again for having this site, when I was young and un-knowledgeable it helped.
and yes I know my clean form could of been better just doing it for fun first time in months, and wanted to get break 300.
