I trained my legs and back on Tuesday and I did power cleans after heavy squats. I hadn't done them since 1994 when I was in high school. I am still a bit sore from these and I am planning to do them again next week. Cleans are now one of my favorite excercises. They're a great near-total-body excercise, but not many people do 'em anymore. Anyone here incorporate these into their routine??

I try them from time to time but I mostly stay away from cleans because my form is freakin horrible on this exercise.. I know what i'm doing wrong but before I know it a few reps into the exercise i'm doing something very poor again...
