When i did power cleans i noticed that my wrists hurt a little but for a long time and i think its my posture thats wrong but not sure cause coach says it isnt but most ppl tell me theyre wrists dont hurt after cleans. i dunno wassup and need to know what to do or if i need wrist wraps or whatever
this is one of my favorite exercises.... I`ve never experienced any pain in my wrist ... but one day I went to heavy and injured my shoulder ...........
with this exercise you wanna be very careful... technique is very important....... do it very light weights for now and see if ya experience any pain......`cause you might do it to heavy and you muscles and are not used to it and can`t give you the right support....
