Im looking to power up the upper half of my body. What exercises are the best for doing this? I already do seated milatery presses.

In this order (2 weeks at each exercise)
Seated Military (where you are at now)
10 x 3
DB Standing Military
10 x 3
Stamding military press
5 x 3
Push press
5 x 3
Power jerk
3 x 3
Jerk
2 x 3

I write my numbers reps x sets

305 pounds for 10 reps?? crap... thats just a bit of weight for a military.... lol

whats the difference between a power jerk and a jerk??
