Ok, I've been a bit discourged lately with my progress, but I know it's mainly because I have been losing focus. I'm ready to hike up my pants and give'r hell again! But I have some questions first...

Here's a quick bio. I am a 24 yr old 5'10 male, approx 165 lbs, fairly quick metabolism with the intention of gaining mass. I'm fairly conscious of what I eat and am disciplined in that respect; however I do need to work on the consistency and getting enough calories.

Currently my supplements include Interactive Mammoth 2500, SportsScienceResearch Extreme Whey Pro, Creatine, L-Glutamine, and ZMA. Now, on to the questions...

I'm interested in what my pre-workout, and post-workout meals should consist of.

Would the Mammoth be more beneficial after a hard workout than the ExtremeWheyPro?
Would a 'real-food meal' be better to eat before a workout? and how long before?
What should my last meal consist primarily of? my 1st meal?

According to my Nutritional Plan I am aiming for 245g P, 408g C, and 91g F for a total of 3400 Cal roughly. I have lots of skinless/boneless chicken breasts in the freezer along with more tuna than I'd like to see, plus lots of eggs.

Any input on this is greatly appreciated. Like I said, I eat a lot of healthy foods but I want to work on fine-tuning my diet to help with my results.

Thanks to all.

I should also mention that I try to eat 5-6 meals /day, and workout 5 days / week.
