I'M CURRENTLY AT 120 LBS, 5'1" AND AT 15% BF. MY CONTEST DATE IS OCT. 4, 2003. I STARTED MY DIET ON SATURDAY GIVING ME 15 WEEKS TO DIET. I'M ON A DIET OF LOWER CARBS ON MON, TUES, THRS AND FRI AND THEN A HIGHER CARB DIET ON WED, SAT, SUNDAY. I TRY TO DRINK ABOUT A GALLON OF WATER A DAY. I'M SO AFRAID I WON'T CUT DOWN TO 9%. WHAT DO YOU GUYS/WOMEN THINK.
Take photos every week and look for any change - the slightest new bit of definition means it is working. Don't switch things until you plateau. You are starting at a good percentage and have a lot of time. If you don't cheat and keep your carbs clean you should be fine!
