If i take my whey protien shake before my workout, can I put my creatine in the shake? decided that im gona drink my shake before hand, not after to help fuel my workout, and burn the fat off after... if that will work.

Ok, raven thats what I am doing, however is it ok to actually put the creatine into the shake, and not with grape juice?
Also by using grape juice /creatine after my workout, am I really cutting the chances for my body to burn fat after a workout? Because of increased insulin levels? Little confused from another post. or should I be fine?

No i don't see the grape juice being beneficial in the long run. I was told by that using water makes it harder for your body to absorbe the creatine thou. Just goes in and out.... However if that was the case, it would just wash out with grape juice. so i think that theory is flawed and I am no expert in nurtition.

Yes, I already read the Window of op. I had a post in there too. Just they make it sound in many places like the insulin spike is good, then I was thrown off reading that.

on the other hand, taking sups, eating right, and working out will make one more healthy and better in the end. Even if they burn fat off a bit slower due to various things. something is better then nothing.
