I typically have enough time to eat a solid breakfast before a workout however due to a crazy work schedule I was wondering if anyone could suggest a quick fix for pre workout power rather than eating my full breakfast and then waiting an hour to an hour and a half before I hit the gym. My normal breakfast consists of:
1. oatmeal or cereal
2. bagel with peanut butter
3. 6 egg whites scrambled
4. ham
5. oj
Please help I need enough to get through a tough workout
