Hi, I just wanted to check to see if it's ok if I prepare my shake before i go to the gym and than drink it right after, or if letting it sit for an hour or 2 will affect it?

As long as your shake does not contain creatine, you're ok.

Some people say it is best to take your protein shake IMMEDIATELY after working out, even with sweet fruit juice for insulin spiking. I'm wondering if it is better to wait an hour after working out and then take the protein? Looking for answers...
