So as I understand it overtraining the biceps is a common mistake. My problem is that I can't seem to get any burn or soreness no matter how many reps i do. Should I do heavier weight with lower reps or lighter weight with more reps? Basically I used heavy enough weights to do 10 reps with the last one leading to failure. I do 4 sets and can't get any burn or soreness the next day. Any advice on this is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
